Idea

The Wheels theorem says that the perturbative Wilson loop observable (Kontsevich integral) of the unknot is, as a universal Vassiliev invariant with values in Jacobi diagrams, a series of wheel-shaped Jacobi diagrams with coefficients the modified Bernoulli numbers.
