Branislav Jurčo is a Czech mathematical physicist (group theory, quantum groups, noncommutative gauge theories, integrable systems, nonabelian cocycles in string theory) and category theorist (gerbes, classifying 2-spaces and topoi, higher gauge theories, twisted K-theory), born in former Czechoslovak Republic.
